Hey there! I'm thrilled to offer you a personalized support service for your fitness journey. Here's what you'll get when you work with me on the basic coaching plan:


Now, let's talk about how it all works:


1. Fill Out the Client Intake Form:

Once you're on board, I'll send you a simple form to fill out at your convenience. This is to ensure I have all the correct background information needed to carefully map out your road to success!

2. Stay Connected:

You can reach out to me on check-in day every week for guidance and assistance in your fitness journey. I will NOT create your initial diet and training plan. However, I will manipulate and adjust variables within your own current plan and give you guidance and accountability from your check-in.


3. Simple check-in process:

I ask my clients to do a weekly check-in via Google Drive. This helps me track your progress and make adjustments if needed, ensuring you stay on the right path. This is essentially a shared Google document to be filled in on either Saturday/Sunday (as chosen on purchase), in which I give prompt feedback with how to progress. I give detailed explanations of what needs to be adjusted, and why each week to ensure you reach your goals!


This subscription service is designed for clients who want ongoing assistance beyond the first month.
